🍞 Manna for Meditation 163

14 December, 2021

💎  “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” (1Pe 2:9, TLV)

We are now entering the Christmas season, and most of the world is preparing to celebrate the birth of Yeshua. 2021 is a remarkably difficult year not only because of the pandemic. As 2021 is coming to a close, the whole world needs the message of shalom, joy, hope and love more than ever.

We are chosen by God for the high calling of priestly work,  we are chosen by God to be a holy people, and we are chosen by God as instruments to do His work and speak out for Him.  We have the gospel message, the good tidings in our hands, and we have to go, tell it to the mountain, over the hills and everywhere!

“Everyone Can Pray. Everyone Can Preach the Gospel.” This is a slogan that BBPN often proclaims, because we are entrusted by God to mobilise global missions through a prayer movement! We are not just called to enter the inner place behind the curtain, pray and enjoy God’s presence for our own satisfactions. We are called to go to Yeshua outside the camp to shine His light for satisfying His heart as well!

After understanding our significant roles and great motivation, we have to set a clear goal with feasible strategies. In our weekly H2Z (From Mountains of Heaven to Mount Zion) prayer altars, we pray to see people being transformed through the labouring of our Indigenous Ministry Partners in Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Australia. In our weekly family and workplace RPGs (Revival Prayer Groups), we also pray to gather the fire and lead souls to Yeshua!

In the coming days and weeks before New Year, let us continue to pray fervently for a greater harvest. If we personally haven’t led any person to Yeshua this year, it is never too late to invite someone to pray with us, form new RPGs, and show them how to cry out to the name of the Lord!  It’s simply because we hold a powerful promise from heaven, “And it shall be that everyone who calls on the name of Adonai shall be saved.” (Act 2:21, TLV).  Hallelujah!

🙏 Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for your glorious calling and promise. We are willing to stand in the gaps to pray for the salvation of all people groups, and we are willing to step out to proclaim the Message when it is in season or out of season. We understand the urgency is great. Lord, here we are. Send us!  In the Name of Yeshua we pray and bless You, Amen!
